Our Chef and his crew are enthusiastic and talented, and are constantly redesigning the menus at Brasserie Julien according to the season. Scallops and salmon tartare in lime, Calf liver sautéed with strawberries, whole bass grilled with sea salt – each dish is a skilful combination of originality and tradition.
Brasserie Julien is a real symbol of femininity, but at the same time, an example of a traditional French brasserie, where the quality and freshness of the produce is obvious with every bite.
